A lot of people think you need to head to the gym for at least an hour to get a great workout. As an in-home personal fitness trainer I know this can’t be further from the truth! As long as you are working at a high intensity you can get in an amazing total body workout in half of the time most people spend at the gym. Trust me, I do these workouts all the time when I don’t feel like leaving the house or pulling out any equipment and I start feeling the sweat and the burn immediately. So, try this fat burning workout, requiring no equipment and completed in just 35 minutes, including warm-up. Woo-hoo talk about time efficient!
Get out a stop watch and time it to beep at every minute or pull up a timer up on your computer screen that you can easily see as you are working out. Each exercise is to be performed for exactly one minute, in order, and then immediately move onto the next exercise. Rest for one minute after one round, and complete for three rounds.
Warm-up: Walk or Jog in place for approximately 5 minutes

Alternating lunges
Push-ups
Mt. Climbers
Crunches
Bridges
Windshield Wipers
Plank Hold
Cool down by walking in place and performing stretches of the major muscle groups worked. Feel the burn
