While you will never see me promote a fat loss pill, crazy diet or unhealthy cleanse, there are several products that I recommend to help support your health and fitness goals. I do realize that there are many people who simply do not have the means for my personal training services because of money, location, other constraints etc. but there are very viable options out there to help detail a complete exercise or nutrition program. If you are looking to establish a new routine on your own these are the programs I recommend:
Turbulence Training: By Craig Ballentyne – I love his stuff! Not only is he super smart, backing up all of his programs with scientific research, but he gives you all of that bonus information up front to make sure you know exatly what you’re doing and why you are doing it. Fit Yummy Mummy: By Holly Rigsby – Similar components to the Turbulence Training but this program is specifically geared towards new mothers and busy moms. It’s friendly, understanding of the unique situations moms face, informative, and above all, commonsensical. No unrealistic recommendations, 2 hour workouts, or zero-carb diets here: it doesn’t take long to see that this lady knows what she’s talking about when it comes to mom’s lifestyles (and did I mention she’s a mom too?)
